Shipping and pickup

We typically ship instruments within the continental US using UPS Ground, with signature confirmation and shipping insurance for the full value of the instrument. Other arrangements are possible, just email us.

If you’re local, we can also arrange a pickup — we’re located on a quiet, safe street in uptown Oakland.

Returns

All instruments are sold as-described, which means returns aren’t accepted unless the item arrives in a condition different from how it was described or photographed.

We work hard to represent our items accurately and ship them securely, so discrepancies are rare. But if an issue does arise, we’ll work with you in good faith to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Used instruments

Most of our instruments are used or outlet items. Unless stated otherwise, they do not come with warranty.
